The property is gated. Tropical wildlife may occasionally be encountered. Pool maintenance and gardening staff may enter on scheduled or periodic visits, with advance notice. Power, water, internet, and other utility interruptions may occur, and no refunds are issued for unforeseen interruptions beyond the property's control.
Getting there
A 4x4 vehicle is mandatory to access the property. The road is well maintained but steep in some places. The property is about 10 minutes from Dominical, and the listing gives driving times of 10 minutes to Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda, 24 minutes to Playa Hermosa, and 30 minutes to Uvita and Quepos.
