The house

Designed by McLean Meyer, the renovated estate has six individually designed king suites, each with air conditioning, a Smart TV, premium mattresses and linens, sound-insulated doors and windows, and an ensuite shower bathroom. Suites 1–5 also have copper soaking tubs. Suite 2 has a private terrace, Suite 4 has city and church views, and Suite 5 has a private balcony.

A landscaped cypress courtyard contains a heated swimming pool and lounge seating; pool heating costs extra. Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces include an arched outdoor dining hall seating 12, an open exhibition kitchen suitable for cooking classes and private chef dinners, separate red- and white-wine refrigerators, and a coffee bar with espresso, French press and traditional brewing options. The living room has a 65-inch LED Smart TV, and a complimentary Netflix account is provided. Rooftop terraces have church, mountain and rooftop views and an outdoor fireplace.

Complimentary services include daily housekeeping, turndown service, daily cooked breakfast, and on-site and pre-arrival concierge assistance. Wi-Fi is available throughout, advertised at 500 Mbs. A washer/dryer, heating, microwave, oven/stove and crib are available, and the home is designated child-friendly.

Private events can accommodate up to 50 attendees, subject to advance approval and additional event fees. Optional concierge experiences are charged only after confirmation; confirm their currency, price and applicability with the host.
