Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The check-in window runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations, with reservation details available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
Access involves uphill stairs to the second floor, with no elevator. The terrace is reached by a spiral staircase from the kitchen. Palermo Falcone and Borsellino Airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
