The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, reached by uphill stairs. Its large living area has sea-facing windows, a dining table, sofa and television. A separate equipped kitchen has a table and chairs, and a spiral staircase connects it to the furnished sea-view terrace.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower stall and one with a bathtub.
