House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
Cala Ratjada beach is 5 km away; Cala Torta is accessible only by car. Capdepera town and its bus stop are 2.7 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 78 km away, Manacor train station 27.8 km, Port d'Alcudia ferry terminal 38.8 km and Hospital de Manacor 27.5 km. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. A pond and a horse stable are beside the house; horse riding is not available.
