## About the house

The fenced grounds have no direct neighbours and include a garden, eight sun loungers, a barbecue and a furnished porch for outdoor dining. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4 metres, is 1.5–1.7 metres deep and has mountain views. A garden pond contains water plants, frogs and other small animals. A stable beside the house houses two horses cared for by the owner; horse riding is not available.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, satellite TV, music and DVD facilities, and an open, equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, microwave and oven/stove. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All four bedrooms have air conditioning: three have one double bed each, and the fourth has a trundle bed. The two bathrooms serve the house; one has a bathtub and the other a shower. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

Capdepera is 2.7 km away, with cobbled streets and a castle. Cala Ratjada has shops, supermarkets, restaurants, nightlife and beaches including Cala Agulla and Son Moll. The beach at Cala Ratjada is 5 km away. Cala Torta is accessible only by car. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations and events are not accepted.
