The house

The fenced property has nearby neighbours and private outdoor areas. The backyard contains a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 4 metres, with depths of 1.5–2 metres, and an outdoor shower. Two porches provide a built-in barbecue with outdoor dining and a separate chill-out area. There is also a designated children's play area.

Inside, the living room has a Smart TV and connects to a dining area with access to the backyard. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and three fans are provided. Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available for babies.

An independent open-plan loft within the same house has a kitchen-dining area, Smart TV, double bed and a shower bathroom.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one car are available. Playa La Loma is 5.9 km away, and the centre of Conil de la Frontera is 9.1 km away. Nearby coastal activities include surfing, diving and horseback riding; the old town of Conil and the Roche cliffs offer further places to explore.
