The apartment occupies the ground floor of a noble building dating from 1470, built by architect Antonio Morandi, known as Terribilia. The building formerly housed the cultural circle of the Accademia del Gelato and Bologna's first private theatre. A Renaissance garden lies within a 1,000 m² private courtyard; guests share the garden with two other accommodations in the building. The apartment has French doors.

The living area contains a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, oven, refrigerator, toaster and freezer. The main bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a single bed, desk and wardrobe. A second bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.

The apartment is in a restricted-traffic ZTL zone. Leaving your car in a surrounding car park and exploring the historic centre on foot is recommended. The central railway station is approximately 3 km away, and the airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.
