Casa Amarenzi is a recently renovated apartment on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. The living room has a sofa, dining table, open kitchen and balcony. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and balcony; the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer.

The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and toaster. Air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and a television are available.

The surrounding residential area is green and quiet, with shops, supermarkets and public transport. Bologna’s historic center is a few minutes away by bus or car. Bologna Central Train Station is a 30-minute drive away, and the airport is about a 20-minute drive away.
