The house

The house is arranged on one floor, with a living room containing a sofa and Smart TV. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, utensils and a dining table. Air conditioning is available in the kitchen area, with two movable fans and portable heaters also available. Wi-Fi is free.

One bedroom has a double bed; the other has a trundle bed with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are provided, and a crib and high chair can be supplied for babies.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 12 × 6 metres and is 1–2 metres deep. A spacious porch has a barbecue, and a separate small covered porch has a table and four chairs. The pool is available all day from April 14 to October 31. Access to the property is shared with the owner, while the house, pool and barbecue area are exclusively for guests. There is one exterior parking space and one garage space.

Playa de La Barrosa is 12.4 km away, Chiclana de la Frontera town is 6.1 km away, and a bus stop is 150 metres away. Jerez Airport is 45.5 km away. Chiclana's historic centre offers streets, squares and restaurants, while Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park has hiking trails and wildlife.
