House rules
Pets and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the total guest count. If infants take the group above the maximum occupancy, enter only the adults and children in the booking and notify the host about the infants joining. Credit cards are accepted. Access is available 24/7. Optional housekeeping is available. A $500 security-deposit pre-authorization is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure.
Getting there
The home has two storeys. Beaches are a 2–3-minute drive away, and the Palm Beach district is a 5-minute drive away. Airport driving time is 20–30 minutes depending on traffic; the stated airport distance is 7.5 miles.
