The apartment opens onto an open-plan living area with a sofa, dining table, television and fully equipped kitchen. Stairs lead to the sleeping loft, which has a queen-size bed and a small closet room. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, fridge, freezer and toaster. Wi-Fi, fans, an iron and satellite television are available.

The apartment is in a pedestrian area reached by stairs, a few meters from Colonno’s public beach. Colonno is the starting point of the 10 km Greenway of Lake Como connecting Colonno and Cadenabbia. Malpensa Airport is 70 km away, and Orio al Serio Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.

A car is recommended because taxis and public transport are not available for short local journeys in the surrounding area. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.

The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
