House rules
Pets and smoking are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the guest count. If infants bring the party above the home's maximum occupancy, enter only the adults and children in the booking and notify the host about the infants joining. Credit cards are accepted. Housekeeping is optional. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $500 is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure.
Getting there
Caribbean Sea beaches are a 2–3-minute drive away. The Palm Beach district is a 5-minute drive away. Airport driving time is 20–30 minutes depending on traffic; the airport distance is 7.5 miles. Potential construction noise may occur from September to mid-December 2026 at the home behind the villa. Work hours are 07:30–16:00, Monday through Saturday. Intermittent hammering, drilling and, later in the year, tile-cutting may occur; noise levels and impact vary.
