## About the house

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Ocean-facing living and dining areas connect to the terraces through sliding glass doors, and a second media room opens toward the garden. Housekeepers, a chef and a waiter are included.

The kitchen has marble countertops, high-end appliances and generous working space. Outdoor dining is complemented by a built-in grill and pizza oven. Poolside loungers, outdoor seating and a private pier overlook the Caribbean. A Jacuzzi accommodates up to ten people.

The game room includes ping-pong, air hockey, bar seating and lounges. An office provides a dedicated workspace. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, satellite or cable television, a speaker system, washer, dryer, parking, a safe, hot water, toiletries and household essentials. Bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions and cedar-lined closets.

The primary bedroom has an ocean-facing terrace, sitting area and soaking tub with a green wall detail. Guest Bedroom 2 overlooks the garden and pool and has access to an outdoor shower area. Guest Bedroom 3 has an ocean view and private outdoor space. Guest Bedroom 4 opens to a private balcony or terrace; Guest Bedroom 5 has garden-facing outdoor space; Guest Bedroom 6 has additional storage.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 miles away and the Marina is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.2 miles away, the Tennis Center 3.3 miles away and the Shooting Center 5 miles away.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. Christmas and New Year stays require a minimum of 10 nights. Casa de Campo resort registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Resort access fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 have complimentary access. Resort access includes selected golf, beach, pool, tennis, equestrian, shooting, spa, fitness, towel, chaise lounge and medical center services. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee apply. The security deposit equals one night's stay.
