## About the house

The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table. The American-style kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher; additional kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, kettle and microwave. The living area opens onto a private, fully fenced garden furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers.

An internal staircase leads to three upstairs bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe and direct access to a private terrace. Each of the other two bedrooms has a single bed and wardrobe, and one also opens onto the terrace. A double sofa bed is also available.

There are three bathrooms with showers: one upstairs, one on the ground floor and one in the basement. The basement provides an additional lounge area and a kitchenette. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.
