Is my card charged when I book?
Your card is held at booking and charged only when SEVA confirms your dates in writing. If the reservation cannot be confirmed, the hold is released in full.
Is the villa serviced?
The villa is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. Mid-stay housekeeping, private chefs, spa services and transfers can be arranged on request through the concierge.
How many guests can Casa Adora sleep?
Up to 12 guests across four bedrooms with six beds and 4.5 bathrooms.
What makes the cenote access special?
A private staircase leads directly from a bedroom to the cenote within the Adora complex.
What about a security deposit?
A refundable USD $500 hold is placed approximately 48 hours before check-in and released within 7 days after checkout, less applicable deductions for damage or rule violations.
