The first-floor apartment is reached on foot. Its living room has a sofa, television and dining table, alongside an equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, kettle, fridge, coffee machine and moka pot. A veranda with a table and chairs provides a private dining area; a terrace is also available.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and nightstands. The second has a queen-size bed and balcony access. The third has balcony access, a sofa, an ensuite shower bathroom and stairs to a mezzanine with a queen-size bed. Two additional shower bathrooms complete the layout. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are available, along with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The apartment is in a restricted-traffic zone (ZTL). Leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Palermo central station is a 10-minute walk away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 35 km away.
Renovations and repainting at the property may cause daytime noise. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the historic center can also produce noise during the day and night.
