The house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. The main floor includes a foyer, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with a garden patio and decorative fountain beyond the living area. The ground-floor primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

Two guest bedrooms occupy the second floor: one has a nearby full bathroom, while the other has an ensuite with a bathtub and shower. A spacious family room provides space for relaxing and watching movies. The fourth bedroom is on the rooftop terrace and has a TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Private terraces overlook San Miguel de Allende. The rooftop terrace has a private hot tub and fire pit. Landscaped common gardens and an ambient-temperature outdoor swimming pool are shared. Indoor facilities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an indoor fireplace, linens and walk-in closets. Carport parking accommodates two vehicles; a washer/dryer is available.

The home is minutes from Centro Histórico. Events and gatherings require prior approval and an event fee.

The home has multiple levels with open staircases and terraces. The host states that it is not suitable for families with young children and requires adult supervision at all times.
