The apartment is in a modern building surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The entrance opens into a living room with a double sofa bed. A separate, fully equipped kitchen has a dining table, coffee machine, boiler, microwave and fridge. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and television are available.

The elevator reaches the first floor; stairs lead from there to the fourth-floor apartment. The property is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), so leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the historic center may cause noise during the day and night.

Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 35-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 20-minute drive away. Palermo's historic districts offer UNESCO heritage sites, a Baroque itinerary and tours of the Ballarò and Capo markets.
