The 180 m² house occupies two floors on a fenced 14,465 m² finca with few nearby neighbours. Traditional features include wooden ceiling beams and a window bench. The ground-floor living room has armchairs, a sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a wood stove. A separate dining room seats eight and has another wood stove. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and cooking utensils.

One ground-floor bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs, one bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, while another has a double bed, a clothes rack and a chest. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a shared bathroom on each floor, plus an outdoor toilet. The laundry includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A cot and highchair are available.

Outside, the saltwater pool measures 9.50 × 3.80 m and is 0.80–1.80 m deep. The garden and terrace have sunbeds and parasols, and a barbecue and porch provide space for outdoor meals. Exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Hiking and cycling are possible from the house. Santa María del Camí has services for a self-catering stay, and Inca hosts a Thursday street market. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay; parties and celebrations are not accepted.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of each guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
