The house

Only the ground-floor apartment is available for rent; the upper-floor apartment is closed and unoccupied. The single-storey accommodation has one bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and direct access to the pool. The living room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite television with English channels.

The open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and towels are provided.

Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 3 m with a depth of 1.4–1.6 m, an outdoor shower, a mobile barbecue, one sun lounger, a garden and a terrace for outdoor dining. The plot is fenced and has immediate neighbours.

Sa Pobla is in northern Mallorca. A car is necessary. Playa de Muro is 11.1 km away; Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Playa de Alcúdia can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 52 km away, Estació Sa Pobla railway station is 2.8 km away and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port is 15.3 km away. Golf Pollença is 12 km away, Hospital de Muro is 11.4 km away, the supermarket is 1.9 km away and a pharmacy is 0.35 km away. Sa Pobla has a main square and restaurants serving regional dishes, and celebrates Sant Antoni in January with fireworks and a parade.

The accommodation is adults-only and is not suitable for families with small children. Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€ per stay; consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
