Pets are welcome. Events and smoking are not permitted. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Staff visit every two days to check the jacuzzi water. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. One entryway camera points at the entrance and does not record during reservations.

Cala Santanyí beach is 1.6 km away, around 15 minutes on foot or less than five minutes by car. An external staircase provides access to the upper terrace. Son Sant Joan Airport is 46.1 km away; Golf Vall d'Or is 17.5 km away; Manacor train station is 32.7 km away; Palma ferry terminal is 56.3 km away; Hospital de Manacor is 33.9 km away.
