The house has a porch, a cane-covered terrace and a barbecue. The private jacuzzi measures 2.2 × 2.2 m and can be heated to 28°C. An external staircase leads to an upper terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a shaded sofa area. Staff visit every two days to check the jacuzzi water.

The living room has air conditioning and satellite TV and opens onto the kitchen-dining area. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have wardrobes: one has a double bed and air conditioning, and the other has a single bed. There are two bathrooms with showers. A crib, high chair and two fans are available. Wi-Fi is free. The last renovation was in 2022.
