The 98 m² house has rustic interiors arranged over three floors. Tables and chairs can be taken outside at the entrance for breakfast overlooking the harbour. The ground floor has a living-dining room and a separate equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.

Upstairs, a second living room has sea views, a Smart TV and air conditioning. Both bedrooms are on this floor, each with a double bed and a fan; one bedroom also has a television. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available.

Wi-Fi is free. Recycling bins for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass are provided, along with towel-reuse measures and energy-efficient LED lighting. Portopetro has a harbour, restaurants and shops.
