The house

The renovated single-storey house retains traditional elements and has direct neighbours. Its backyard includes a chlorinated private above-ground pool, 4 m in diameter and 1.10 m deep, a lawn with sun loungers and parasols, a rear porch and a terrace.

The living room has satellite television and a wood-burning stove. The air-conditioned eat-in kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and kitchen towels. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom: one has two single beds and the other has one double bed. A third bathroom has a bathtub.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available for babies.

Ariany has basic local services. Can Picafort beach is about 17 km away, with the sea accessible by car. Petra railway station is 4.5 km away, the Ariany bus stop is 0.25 km away, Palma de Mallorca airport is 45.9 km away and Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal is 28 km away.
