## About the house

The private, fenced grounds have a planted terrace, barbecue, stone dining table, hammocks and an outdoor shower. A porch connects to the living room. Inside, the living and dining area has satellite television with Spanish and German channels only. The Mediterranean-style fireplace is decorative and cannot be used for heating.

The equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. Three bedrooms have wardrobes and fans: two have one double bed each, and the third has two single beds. There are two shared bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath; both have radiators. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are provided, with additional baby equipment available on request.

Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available. There is no swimming pool or air conditioning. Es Caló des Borgit is 0.3 km away and its final access is on foot only. Portopetro and its Passeig des Port bus stop are 2.3 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport in Palma is 55.4 km away; Vall d'Or Golf in s'Horta is 12.9 km away; Manacor train station is 34.4 km away; Hospital de Manacor is 36.3 km away; and Port de Palma ferry terminal is 63.2 km away.
