The house

The villa combines rustic character with modern interiors across two floors. Outside, a private saltwater pool measures 9 × 5 metres and is 0.80–1.80 metres deep. Sun loungers and a furnished porch with a barbecue provide space for relaxing and outdoor meals.

The living-dining room has a Smart TV, air conditioning and a decorative fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, and another decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a double bed and garden access, and a second has two single beds. A shower bathroom serves this floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has two single beds, while the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and terrace access. A separate shower bathroom is also upstairs. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes.

A washing machine, iron, ironing board, crib and high chair are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for four cars are available.

Santa Eugènia lies in the Pla de Mallorca, with farmsteads, windmills and hiking routes in the surrounding area. The town is 1.2 km away, and Platja Can Pere Antoni is 21.6 km away. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay.
