The house has a beach-facing terrace and a second covered, furnished terrace by the street entrance. The ground-floor living room opens onto the beach-facing terrace and has a Smart TV with German, English and French channels. An arch connects it to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with a ceramic hob and microwave. An outdoor bathroom with a shower is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms with two single beds each and a second bathroom with a shower. A single air-conditioning unit in the hallway serves all three bedrooms.
