The house

The villa is arranged over two floors, with a garden, terraces, balconies and outdoor seating. It stands at street level with neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial. Inside are a living room with television and a separate dining room. The equipped gas kitchen opens directly onto the garden and includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided.

The lower floor has one bedroom with two single beds, another with one single bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, with access to a terrace with sun loungers. An adjoining small sitting room has a table and views. All bedrooms have air conditioning, available for an optional 10€/night charge. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies. Towels and a hair dryer are available, and Wi-Fi is free. There is no swimming pool.

Platja de Sant Pere (Mal Pas) is 700 m away and Alcúdia is 2.3 km away. A supermarket is 250 m away, a pharmacy 550 m away and a bar 300 m away.
