## About the house

The house has living accommodation over two floors and a furnished 50 m² terrace on the second floor overlooking the port. The terrace has sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue. A small inner courtyard brings light into the entrance and one ground-floor bedroom.

The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has a third bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and the common living areas. The bright living room opens onto a 3 m² balcony. All bedrooms and common areas have air conditioning.

The open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A separate laundry contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi, television, satellite TV, towels and a hair dryer are provided. A crib and highchair can be provided for a baby.

Portocolom is on Mallorca’s eastern coast, with a traditional fishing harbour. Canoes and bicycles can be rented in the town centre. S’Arenal de Portocolom beach is 1.4 km away and Vall d’Or Golf is 5.8 km away.
