Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Air conditioning operates from 20:00 to 08:00; consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
