The house

The two-floor finca stands in a rural, wooded setting 850 metres from Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The fenced grounds offer privacy, an outdoor dining table, 12 sunloungers and a private chlorine pool measuring 18 × 7 metres, with depths from 0.6 to 1.7 metres.

Stone and exposed-rock walls feature in the entrance hall and Mallorcan-style sitting room. The living-dining room has a television and a stove, and the kitchen has a ceramic hob. A basket of firewood and an oil radiator are provided for colder days. Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor; four more double bedrooms upstairs each have an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All six bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. Bathing facilities also include a hydromassage bathtub.

Upstairs, an entertainment room has two pool tables and a foosball table. One crib and one high chair are available. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for four cars are available.

Selva has supermarkets, bars and restaurants, with hiking and cycling opportunities in the surrounding area. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 25.9 km away.
