The house

The villa has 280 m² of interior space on a 13,000 m² plot. Outside, a 9 × 4 metre chlorine swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, sun loungers and parasols. A furnished porch provides outdoor dining space, and the terrace has a barbecue.

The rustic interior includes a lounge with two sofas and television, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, blender and juicer. A fireplace, satellite television, towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom; there is also a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and another has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning, available for an optional charge of 15€ per night. A cot and high chair are provided for babies. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The house is 2 km from s'Horta and 5.6 km from Cala Gran beach. Cala d'Or is a few minutes' drive from s'Horta, with restaurants, shops and a harbour. The entrance road is shared with another property, while the house has privacy. Free exterior parking accommodates three cars. Recycling bins are provided for paper, plastic, organic waste and glass; water-efficient fittings and energy-efficient LED bulbs are used.
