The house

The patio has a private chlorine pool measuring 5 × 3 m and 1.8 m deep, four sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a furnished porch for outdoor dining. A covered first-floor terrace overlooks the pool. The house has next-door neighbours.

The living-dining room has a sofa, armchair, Smart TV, DVD and CD players, air conditioning and a dining table for eight. Its open kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and cooking utensils. A high chair is available. The terrace laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and iron. Towels and a hair dryer are provided, and recycling bins are available.

On the ground floor are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. Upstairs, the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, terrace access and space for a crib. The other upstairs bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and balcony access. A second upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.

Can Picafort Beach is 12 km away. Can Picafort and Playa de Muro beaches are a 10–15-minute drive away. Muro has supermarkets, bars and a petrol station; the supermarket is 0.70 km away. Sa Pobla, a few kilometres away, has tapas venues and a Sunday market selling produce, clothes and crafts.
