## About the house

The home accommodates up to 23 guests in eight bedrooms, with seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while two second-level bedrooms share a bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include five king beds, two twin-over-twin bunk sets, two twin beds, a double/twin bunk set, a trundle, a daybed and a queen sleeper sofa in the recreation room.

Level 1 has a bunk ensuite, a half bathroom, a recreation room with a queen sleeper sofa, pool table and refrigerator, laundry facilities and a hot tub. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom; the twin ensuite and both shared-bath bedrooms have deck access. Level 3 has a king-and-daybed ensuite with a shower/whirlpool tub combination, a half bathroom, a great room opening onto decks facing the ocean and pool area, a dining area, a kitchen with two dishwashers and double ovens, and elevated reading/game areas. Level 4 is a loft.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, gas grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoors, amenities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a wet bar, washer and dryer, and a seasonal gas fireplace. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Municipal water and keyless entry are available. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. An EV charger is planned as a new amenity for 2027.
