House rules
Sunday check-in and checkout. Dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken; cats are not allowed. Up to two dogs are allowed, with one additional pet permitted in 2026 for $150 plus tax per week. Pets are prohibited from pools and hot tubs. No smoking applies from 2027. Early check-in is available in limited weekly quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront in the northernmost section of Ocean Sands. Community beach access is two driveways south, with Corolla beach a short walk away. Shopping, dining and entertainment are within biking distance or a short drive.
