# Carolina Cottage Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The third floor has a furnished great room with a seasonal gas fireplace, a dining area, an equipped kitchen and access to sundecks. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Streaming TV and Wi-Fi are available. The second floor has three ensuite bedrooms—one king and two queens—each with a standing shower and deck access. A fourth bedroom has a double-over-double bunk bed, with a separate full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The deck has a hot tub. The first floor has an entry, garage, laundry area and gated access to a private outdoor pool with an outdoor kitchen and bar. Outdoor furnishings, a gas grill, an outside shower and five beach chairs are provided. Community pool, fitness center, two tennis courts and two pickleball courts at Villages of Ocean Hill are available for an additional fee. The beach is five houses away, less than 500 feet, with Bismark Dr. Beach Access nearby. Historic Corolla Village is one mile away by walking, cycling or driving. For 2027, a garage conversion into an entertainment and work space with an office, kitchenette with full refrigerator, game area and full bathroom is planned.
