Pool
Private pool- Heated
Private outdoor pool, size stated as 16x30, with gated access. Optional heating costs $500 plus tax/week and is unavailable in July and August. Regular opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026 and April 25–October 9, 2027. In 2026, extended opening from April 19 and extended closing to October 17 are offered for $200 plus tax/week. Community pool access at Villages of Ocean Hill is available for an additional fee.
