## About the house

The bright, two-level apartment has high ceilings and period floors and is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. A large living area with a sofa and television leads to a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, boiler, oven, fridge and freezer. A hairdryer is provided.

The apartment's lower level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a third queen-size bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Further stairs lead to a terrace with a dining table and views of Palermo. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The botanical garden and Villa Giulia are a short walk away. Palermo Central Station is 500 m away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 33 km away. Palermo's historic districts offer UNESCO World Heritage sites, a Baroque itinerary including the Church of the Holy Savior, Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception, and a historic-markets tour of Ballarò and Capo.

Noise from construction sites, bars and gathering places may be audible during the day and night.
