## About the house

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. A large hallway connects the rooms. The living room has two sofas, including one double sofa bed, a dining table and a TV. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a dining table, microwave, oven, kettle, refrigerator and moka coffee maker.

Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the third has two single beds. All three bedrooms have closets and desks. There is a laundry area and two bathrooms with showers. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, heating, fans and a hairdryer are available.

The apartment is in a restricted-traffic ZTL area. Leaving the car in a surrounding car park and exploring the historic centre on foot is recommended. Building renovation and painting works may cause daytime noise. Turin Caselle Airport is about 18 km away, and Turin Porta Nuova Station is 750 m away.

A cot and high chair are available on request for 35€ per stay, per item. Local experiences can be arranged on request.

Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
