The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The house has two storeys, with stairs to the upstairs bedrooms. There are next-door neighbours. Porto Cristo Beach is about 25 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 34.3 km away; Manacor train station is 11.3 km away, the Crta. Palma bus stop is 650 m away, Palma ferry terminal is 44.5 km away and Manacor Hospital is 11.8 km away. Garage parking is limited to one car.
