The outdoor area has an 8 × 4 m private chlorine pool, 1.5–1.7 m deep, four sun loungers, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a furnished porch overlooking the pool. The town-centre setting has next-door neighbours.

The porch opens into a living room with a sofa, satellite TV and a wood-burning cooker. The dining area connects to a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, fridge, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. A laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, fan and desk, with a separate shower bathroom on the same floor. Stairs lead to two upstairs bedrooms, both with wardrobes: one has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other has two single beds and a fan. An additional shower bathroom is upstairs. Bedroom televisions do not have satellite TV. An electric radiator is also available. A cot and high chair can be requested.

Wi-Fi is free, and the garage has free parking for one car. Vilafranca de Bonany has a small grocery shop and restaurants; Manacor offers supermarkets and further services. Porto Cristo Beach and the Drach Caves are about 25 km away. Reserva Rotana Golf is about 17 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season.
