## About the house

The three-level home accommodates up to 15 guests in six bedrooms, including four suites with private bathrooms. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Three second-level suites have deck access. Bedding comprises two king beds, two queen beds, two twin-over-twin bunk sets, one trundle and two twin beds.

The top-level great room has vaulted ceilings, ocean-facing windows and a TV viewing area. The open kitchen and dining area include a breakfast bar, with an ocean-view desk nearby. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster; a pod coffee maker is available beginning in 2027. A refrigerator is also on the ground level.

Outdoor facilities include an ocean-view sun deck, a covered mid-level deck with an eight-person hot tub, an outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, a picnic table, a charcoal grill and a basketball hoop. Five beach chairs are provided. Community facilities include beach access, tennis courts and pickleball courts. K Club Golf is an advertised amenity.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and multiple TVs are provided. The home has municipal water and keyless entry. Parking accommodates eight vehicles. Corolla attractions include Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Timbuck II shopping village and mini-golf; shops, seafood restaurants and a golf course are nearby.
