The apartment accommodates seven guests and occupies the second floor of a modern building with a lift, in a quiet setting away from city traffic. The spacious living room contains a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a TV area.

There are three spacious bedrooms: two double-occupancy bedrooms and one triple bedroom, with single beds that can be joined upon request. There are seven single beds in total and two bathrooms. Bathroom equipment includes a shower and hairdryer.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer and iron are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
