House rules
Four nights minimum. Six nights minimum is required over Thanksgiving week, and seven nights minimum is required over Christmas and New Year's week. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. No smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. A signed waiver is required to rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
Getting there
The villa is across the street from Grand Cayman's Bioluminescent Bay. Rum Point Club and Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill are a 13-minute walk away; Starfish Point is a 20-minute walk away. The nearest grocery store, Chisholm's Grocery, is 5 miles away. The nearest supermarket, Foster's Express, is 13 miles away. A rental car is highly recommended because taxi service is unreliable and expensive outside town and Seven Mile Beach, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
