## About the house

Four individually decorated guest rooms: Islands, Dovecote, Poppies and The Meadows. Guest rooms have en-suite shower rooms, a hospitality tray and free Wi-Fi. A shared guest lounge offers a TV, DVD and video, board games, books and magazines, and seating. Room 1 has a king-size bed and views over the Forth estuary; Room 2 has a double bed; Room 3 has a super-king bed and is now double-only; Room 4 has a king-size bed and space for a travel cot.

Room 1 has a view of the Forth estuary and, when seasonal tree foliage permits, Inchkeith Island.
