# Captivating 3BR House with a Lovely Terrace

Troncones, Guerrero, Mexico (general area)

## About the house

Casa Palmillas occupies a 1,000 m² property with 250 m² of construction. Its beachfront setting includes a private beach, swimming pool, lounge chairs and a palapa. A terrace with hammocks, an outdoor table and a grill offers space to spend time outdoors, with direct access to a nearly deserted beach.

The house has three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and four full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are bamboo palapas overlooking the pool and sea, with mosquito nets and insect-deterrent lamps. The third, more private bedroom has air conditioning and its own bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wine cellar and a TV. A concierge and a housekeeper live on the property.

Troncones is a quiet, undeveloped coastal town surrounded by lush vegetation, 32 km northwest of Zihuatanejo. The area offers surfing and hiking. The house is 25 minutes from Ixtapa and 40 minutes from the airport.
