Cape Marengo accommodates nine guests across three bedrooms in the main house and a fourth bedroom in an adjacent renovated studio. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living areas, a main bathroom, a main-bedroom ensuite and a separate laundry. Ocean views extend from the large deck into the kitchen, dining and living areas. The deck includes covered outdoor seating, a table and a BBQ. The studio has a queen bed, ocean views, an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, a refrigerator, TV, DVD player and reverse-cycle air conditioning. The main bedroom also has a TV, and the dining and living areas have TVs, with a DVD player in the living area. Linen is provided. Other facilities include a dryer, heating, hot water, hair dryer, iron and smoke detector. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and toaster.
