Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including a maximum of 8 adults. The property is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable. Parties are strictly prohibited, and bookings may be cancelled if these policies are breached.
Getting there
The property is about 500 metres from the base of Byron Bay's main street, described as a five-minute walk. Tallow Beach is 1.4 km away and described as a short walk. Garage parking is limited to one vehicle, and vehicles may not be parked on the shared driveway.
