Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €500 per booking is payable when booking. Guests should provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival to arrange key collection, then call on arrival at the destination. A government tourist fee of €3 per adult aged 12 or over per night applies from 1 October 2025; exemptions include children under 12, Mauritian residents, and holders of a Premium Visa or Residence Permit.
